I just leased my 3rd CR-V from Honda of Nanuet. I have had a great experience with my first 2. I met with sales rep Tony and he explained everything in detail. He went over all the features in the CR-V an had a great experience with my first 2. I met with sales rep Tony and he explained everything in detail. Dealership was under construction and when I walked in I was greeted and assisted in no time! I personally don’t like to wait. In this case I did not! I was assisted by a manager ( forgot his name so was greeted and assisted in no time! I personally don’t like to wait. In this case I did not! I was assisted by a manager ( forgot his name sorry )that had introduced me to Tony! Tony was super friendly and when I have asked for a specific vehicle he replied “ let me have 10 minutes and I’ll bring it from the other parking lot. He was back in 5 minutes and apologized for the wait. Brought the car that I was looking for. By that time in conversation he had my complete trust. He was not pushy! Explain the process well. We agreed on a price. I was introduced to a financial assistant also friendly! Mustafa was very wise! Got me my loan at the low rate that matched my budget! Thank you! I was out in a car driving in 1.5 hours!!!!! More
