Poor service experience I have experienced this previously at Nanuet Honda. If you tell the rep that you will wait for the car, you wait and wait. They forget about you! You approach them and more waiting; even for a explanation about what work is being done. I was there for 2 hours despite being the first one on line when they opened at 7 a.m.!!Many other customers complained about the same thing. I am a loyal customer and that should count for something. Joe is the only rep I will deal with in the future if I decide to return. More

2014 Honda Crosstour To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you as a follow-up from my service appointment on May 22, 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with my 2014 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you as a follow-up from my service appointment on May 22, 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with my 2014 Honda Crosstour. When I start the car I push the start button along with the brake and I get a high pitched noise. I turn the car off and retry sometimes having to do this more than once, as the car does not always start. This happens two, sometimes 3 times per week. Initially, I brought my car in for service on June 6, 2017 and a new starter was installed. In January, 2018, I brought the car back to the dealer with the same problem. The service people could not find a problem. As the problem was never resolved, on May 22, 1018. I again brought the car back to the dealer: still couldn’t find a problem. I was told told bring the car back in and leave it for the day so they could check it by starting it throughout the day. This procedure was also done when the car was there in January of this year. (problem unidentified) I have spoken with other Honda owners online and they are having the same problem, and receiving no solution. What’s up with that? This is my 5th Honda but quite possibly my last. The service writers, especially Allison Hull, has been sympathetic to my plight, however this is not getting my car fixed. There is no Honda Dealership in Manhattan. Since I happen to be in New City on Friday's Honda Nanuet has been my go to when I have needed servicing. My second visit and I would definitely recommend the, I also noticed how service reps kept people in the waiting room up to date about the progress of the work on their cars. More

All emergency light on dads lit ip My car was towed there late afternoon. I was so concerned about getting to work next day. The car was checked and back to me by 7:30 pm.
