I was given the wrong car. I am Katie White and was given William Whites car. I did not question the price and I gave a single key, and was given a single key to get my car. When I could not open my door, I saw that another car had its light flashing and realized that I had the keys to that car. When I returned I felt like was being reprimanded for paying with debit and paying for the wrong car. I was told it would take a few days to get the difference and I was fine with that. I think you need to have your staff check the full names of the customers. More
