I received a text message with a video directly from the mechanic explaining the work being done and pointing out anything that needed attention. I thought this was a great touch and really appreciated being able to see what was going on with my vehicle rather than just being told. It made the entire service experience feel much more transparent and personal. It’s reassuring to know my vehicle is in good hands, and I appreciate the continued great service. I would definitely recommend DCH Kay Honda to other Honda owners. More
