I recently got a new leased car from DCH Kay Honda. The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage amounts. The amounts entered are not the standard amounts recommended by Honda Financial Services (HFS). I informed the dealership on the same day of their error and requested a correction. I have not heard back from the dealership in spite of trying various communication channels (email, voicemail, text). This error from the dealership is going to cost me more in insurance premiums. I have been leasing with Honda for a long time and have never experienced this situation with other Honda dealerships. My advice to any potential customers of this dealership would be to request a copy of the contract and take time to review every line item in detail before signing. More

Poor communication related to stays of repairs. This is the second service repair in less than 30’days. I was notified that parts needed to be ordered, therefore my car needed to remain overnight. There was no update via the web connection about the car, so I called at noon the next day(Friday) to be told car was in service. No update until I called at 4:40pm left a message. Jacob called back let me know the car was ready, dept closed at 6pm. I had to figure out a ride to the location. More
