She made sure I understood everything about the car I was interested in. We went for a test drive, and Maria made sure to continue walking me through the car's features to ensure I was as well educated as possible. When the time came to discuss the numbers, Maria remained honest and straightforward with me while we tried to work a deal. She helped me understand everything I was getting into, and at the end of the day, helped me get a fair and affordable deal on exactly what I wanted. Since Mark transferred to DCH Kay Honda I decided to transfer as well. Still with with the best of his ability he was able to find another solution for me in leasing a new vehicle. When I arrived at DCH Kay Honda Mark introduced me to Maria Calabrese. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was so courteous and put my needs first. She introduced me to my new vehicle and gave me a rundown of all the new features. Maria was not just my sales person but she was someone I can confide in about my new lease. Throughout my interaction I also met Dan Greco. While finalizing the paper work Dan was not just professional but also made sure that I knew what I was signing. Incredible Customer Service Our experience with the staff at DCH Honda in Eatontown was beyond expectations. We had a fabulous sales person Emily who helped us decide to purchase Our experience with the staff at DCH Honda in Eatontown was beyond expectations. We had a fabulous sales person Emily who helped us decide to purchase a low mileage 2002 Audi A4. We were a bit unsure about a possible issue that the car might have had so Vinny the sales manager had a mechanic check it out. He also eased any worries we had by fully explaining the return policy of the dealership. The finance manager Ray was so professional and helpful during the purchasing process. After driving the car we realized we weren’t comfortable with the issue we thought the car might have had so we returned the next morning and explained our situation. We were able return the vehicle with no problems. We would most definitely return to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are concerned about the buyers, honest and absolutely professional here.
