Amy Crines was really responsive, and while it took a couple days to get hooked up with Mike Lyttle, we had a very quick and professional negotiation over the phone and I got very competitive pricing compared to several other dealers. I completed the transaction at the dealership in about 1.5 hours, which could have been a bit quicker if my financing had been handled prior to my arrival, but all in all I was treated very professionally, no hard sell tactics, and I would recommend the dealership and everyone I worked with on this purchase.
