From the moment I made my appointment for the test drive and was greeted at the door by my saleswoman, Maria Calabrese, my experience at DCH Kay Honda could not have been any better. The car was right there and ready for the test drive, and drove beautifully. During the drive Maria explained some of the different features of the car and back at the dealership fully showed me how each feature worked. Maria was outstanding all around; her extensive knowledge about this vehicle and her friendly and professional manner were impressive. I would also like to commend finance manager, Patrick Connelly, for clearly explaining all of the different protection plans and costs, with no pressure to purchase any. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Both Maria Calabrese and Patrick Connelly are great assets to DCH Kay Honda. I would highly recommend DCH Kay Honda to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle. Very good while being with someone..... Not very happy the first time we visited and swore we'd never return. I put out an internet inquiry a few weeks later and Ann Rogers responded and Not very happy the first time we visited and swore we'd never return. I put out an internet inquiry a few weeks later and Ann Rogers responded and somehow got me/us back in. She is great. Then we met Nader & Arnaud and were treated respectively. Same with Pat Connelly. So going forward I hope the service dept. is the same and you stick to the loaner car promise when needed, which is hopefully never ! The only thing I would recommend is not to make customers wait. I almost walked out a second time but Ann intercepted me. More
