I purchased my new Honda Ridgeline in the last week of October. I have firefighter plates that I wanted to register with the state through this dealership, I was told that the dealership would get the rel October. I have firefighter plates that I wanted to register with the state through this dealership, I was told that the dealership would get the release letter from US Bank. After waiting for two weeks, I called and was told the dealership had several times called US Bank without getting the release letter.. I called US Bank and had the release letter within five days. I brought the letter to this dealership and was told 2 1/2 weeks ago. I would have the new registration for the firefighter plates.. well here we are over a month now without my firefighter plates registration. I don’t want to make accusations and name names, but I feel I was deceived into thinking this matter would be handled appropriately by the dealership.. I did receive permanent plates and registration for my vehicle and now still waiting for my firefighter registration I did receive permanent plates and registration for my vehicle and now still waiting for my firefighter registration for my firefighter plates.
