Outstanding customer service I brought a friend into the dealership the other day, I introduced myself to all the management I wanted to WOW my friend. Mark Clifton the GM and the I brought a friend into the dealership the other day, I introduced myself to all the management I wanted to WOW my friend. Mark Clifton the GM and the GSM Mr. Nygen, they were incredible on the handling of my referral , my friend came in the store after my the sales person assigned was Lukas Bruno . My friend requested to drive a total of 3 cars prior to his purchase, most sales people wouldn't have been so helpful. He pulled each car up one by one which were all over on different holding lots. He did this without even asking if my referral was buying that day. So to make a long story short my friend landed on a 2017 Civic Ex 4dr , I asked Mr Nygen and Mark to extend a very aggressive offer and my customer accepted it and drove home with the car that night.
