Not there to rip you off! I shopped at several dealers before settling on Kay Honda. All of the others I visited tried to low ball me on my trading, and nail me on the price of I shopped at several dealers before settling on Kay Honda. All of the others I visited tried to low ball me on my trading, and nail me on the price of the car. My experience at Kay was different though. I ended up not trading in my car, but didn't get a run around negotiating for the new car. I got a good deal and got the car for what I wanted to pay. The sales team are great and answered all my questions as well as showed me all the features of the car. I was very happy with my experience there. More

He had the car we were interested in all ready for us to look over, and was kind enough to have it pulled up under an overhang so it would be out of the rain. He even opened the garage bay so we could pull it in an look underneath on dry ground. Even with it near closing time, no one was pushing us. However, the real help came immediately after our purchase on a Tuesday night. My son and I were leaving early Friday to Colorado, where my son and car would be staying for the next 4 months, but the car needed to be inspected before we could leave...requiring plates and registration. Normally the process for them takes a couple of weeks. I called Mel and explained the predicament we were in. He went out of his way to not only get the plates and registration done that day, but also in time so they could be sent to me (I live 90 minutes away with no time to spare to get down to the dealership). They didn't have to, but they did. Thank you Mel, and all the others that helped make that happen. P.S. And no car issues on the 26 hour trip! More

Mel and Nick primarily worked with me, answering all of my many questions while providing me with the best financing options - as this is my first major purchase. I did not necessarily plan to buy it, but everything quite literally fell into place so I chose to purchase the vehicle. I was never pressured into anything at all, and the whole staff worked very hard with the banks on my behalf to get my Dakota traded in and the finance agreement in tact. All in all, a solid experience and I would buy from them again. I left with the car of my dreams, and they made a $50k+ sale for a solid trade-in vehicle. Everybody won. More
