They will always screw you Worst car buying experience I have had. Saw a red tag special with a great price on a 2014 Crv. I test drive and it seems fine. I tell them I was pre-approved through my bank and would be paying remainder in cash. Then they hit me with $400 doc fee, which is bull but whatever, I'll pay it. Then $200 because they added etching to windows to drive up price. I still agreed to purchase. After that I was scoffed at for 45 minutes on why the xxxx I would do bank financing. I got a great rate and wasn't doing it any other way. After tons of arguing they added another $100+ on for roadside assistance or they wouldn't let me use my bank financing. I know, I know. I should have just walked away, but I was tired of dealing with xxxxxxx dealerships. Was just glad to be out of there with my new used car. Coming from a manual transmission I didn't notice how the transmission slams into each gear on the upshift. With very little research I realized that all Hondas need fluid changed every 15,000 miles. Also, the alignment was off. I called my car salesman Ron and explain this. He said no problem, we will set up an appointment. Mind you this is a certified car. I call back to set appointment, and just verify that this is something they are taken care of. He says he can't guarantee that the dealership would cover it. As for the alignment, certified meant they just checked it(his words), not that they performed an alignment and would not do that for me. So, I pay $600 more than necessary and now have to do $200 worth of work that was a cheap thing to do on their end... Just a reminder, these car salesman and their managers are as scummy as most people think. They could care less about you after the sale.... More

Steve was caring, patient, and most of all very knowledgeable about the Pilot, the car we were purchasing. We knew from the moment we met him that we were in good hands. He treated us like a family member instead of a stranger. He wanted to make sure we left that lot with a car we loved, knew how to operate and feel completely safe in.
