No Bait and Switch My parents were in search of a used Honda CRV that did that have to high a mileage as well as not being to old. I searched the web to see what I could find within a reasonable distance. I was able to find a CRV at this dealership that fit right in our specs. I called to confirm that the car was still available and it was and than I confirmed an appointment to go see the car. Once we arrived at the dealership Frank Husslein was there to greet us. We told him why we were there and he took it upon himself to make our buying experience as pleasant as possible. He took us out for a test drive without even having to ask. He answered all our questions that we had but also made sure to get answers on things he did not know which was awesome. He didn't just give us made up answers to further the process along. Overall, we are very satisfied with how we were treated and although the buying process is time consuming, it went as smoothly as could be thanks to Frank. Also, once it was time to move over to the finance part, Lindsey was able to explain all of the paperwork and assist us in every way possible with any questions that we had.
