Overall very good experience with one exception. I used Truecar as my employer provides it for free. The dealer then improved upon that price as there was competition. I have bought 4 cars from this I used Truecar as my employer provides it for free. The dealer then improved upon that price as there was competition. I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and had good luck with Maria, Anthony P and Pat Connelly, who is really good at finance. I didn't give 4 stars as Adrian Acosta sent me an incorrect price for the Truecar process (he omitted the exact price of the option I needed). I asked him twice in email if it was correct and binding - no answer. I asked him in person at the dealer and couldn't get a direct answer as another employee intervened and said they had the car (but did not address the misquote). I also told the sales person I didn't appreciate that and of course didn't get much of a response. It is a car dealer after all. More

Great experience with Steve! Walked in here after looking on the website for a 2017 Accord Hybrid. Steve was quick to greet me and show me the available cars on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and anything he did not know he was willing to admit and he asked other sales people. On day one we all but signed the paperwork as I was not with my wife and we were still a bit off on the numbers. After leaving he kept in touch via email and phone and the next day we agreed upon terms for the car. After getting to the dealership on day 2 we already knew the figures we were looking at and there were no surprises. The paperwork did take a really long time even though they knew we were in a rush. All in all, it still was better than previous buying experiences. More

I decided to walk into the Honda Kay dealership to see what my options were. Gene was very informative and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted and which car would fit my needs. After talking with Gene, I decided to lease the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan using the recent grad program. Gene was absolutely fantastic! He made the entire process very smooth and stress free. He also took the time to explain all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. I would highly recommend Gene to my family and friends! Was willing to purchase vehicle for full asking price, but the Dealer fees and Mandatory Extras(Window Etching on a 2006) added over $500 in additional costs on the car. Originally called numerous times and left my number and never got a call back. Disappointed this time! More
