Wonderful experience with a friendly atmosphere. I purchase a GLK 350 Mercedes for my wife. I spoke with Vincent Zerbo 3rd on the phone this was an out of state purchase. Not there to rip you off! I shopped at several dealers before settling on Kay Honda. All of the others I visited tried to low ball me on my trading, and nail me on the price of I shopped at several dealers before settling on Kay Honda. All of the others I visited tried to low ball me on my trading, and nail me on the price of the car. My experience at Kay was different though. I ended up not trading in my car, but didn't get a run around negotiating for the new car. I got a good deal and got the car for what I wanted to pay. The sales team are great and answered all my questions as well as showed me all the features of the car. I was very happy with my experience there. More
