My Dream Came True I wanted to be a proud owner of a Honda Civic EX and even my dad wanted this for me, he would talk about this vehicle while in rehabilitation. I went over the warranty with Lindsey and I was not pressured into picking a certain warranty everything was thoroughly explained. Horrible Customer Service. This the 3rd car we have purchased at this dealership, we purchased a car for my son, which should have been a happy occasion, turned into a 3 hour wa This the 3rd car we have purchased at this dealership, we purchased a car for my son, which should have been a happy occasion, turned into a 3 hour wait to do the paperwork for car that was a cash deal and no trade in involved. No ever came up to us and said we are gonna be awhile, maybe grab lunch or if want leave a deposit and come back on Monday. When we got with the finance guy I jokingly said do we get $50.00 off for the wait, which he got defensive and asked if I ever bought a car before. I explained we had other things to do beside to here for 3 hours and no one bothered to let us know it would be such a long wait. His response to me "enough" at this point I found the Manager who then talked to the unprofessional finance guy and basically forced him to apologize which he did to my husband not me. We was offered a free oil which this was not about a free anything but rather basic lack of customer service and communication. I declined the free oil change and in three months when the CRV has to get turned in . The next car t will not be a Honda. If you have free Saturday to waste this would be the place to go, I would suggest to bring lunch also you will be awhile. More
