Quick & painless I had entered the dealership without any intention of purchasing a car that day as I was looking for information for comparison shopping. I was greeted at the door by salesman Scott who I found to be extremely professional and easy to work with. I expressed to him that I need to work within a budget for the down payment and needed to have an affordable monthly payment amount. Scott quickly was able to put a deal on the table that I absolutely could not let go by. I walked out of the dealership that same afternoon with an outstanding deal on a leased Accord for my daughter who absolutely loves car. A New Life I never thought I would have a new car again in my life. My husband and I really needed a new one and my son suggested we try DCH Kay after a friend I never thought I would have a new car again in my life. My husband and I really needed a new one and my son suggested we try DCH Kay after a friend of his suggest them. We decided on a 2015 Honda Civic Sedan, he took care of the odds and ends and I chose the color. A few days later we were at the dealer and my soon-to-be car was sitting in the front ready to go. We met Ray Furslew who couldn't be nicer and more of a gentleman. He walked us through everything, made it easy to understand and helped us out with our insurance company. Soon after, we were signing the papers and he gave me the keys to a brand new car! I couldn't hide my smile as I thanked him and gave him a big hug. I could not believe the smooth ride as we drove away and talked to my son about how easy everything was. He was helpful and upfront. Our son, who is 5 years old, was also with us. Scott is family friendly, and was engaging with our son! Scott was our salesman with our previous lease, so it was nice to know that he was still available! Everyone has always made us feel comfortable. They treat you professionally, but there is an added touch of feeling like "family". And that speaks volumes. Specifically, our son's name was remembered by Scott and Pat Connelly who works in the finance Office. It was 3 years prior, and they remembered his "name". That was exciting for our son, and we were impressed. Overall, the experience was great. We were pleased from start to finish. Scott answered all of our questions, and helped us become acclimated with the car's newer features. We can't forget to mention Armando Lopez. He was great too! He too, was very family friendly! We cannot thank DCH Kay Honda enough! More
