I would never recommend anyone to go there! I went there one night to discuss leasing a new Honda civic after meeting with a rep there and wasting my time not telling me any thing about the deal I went there one night to discuss leasing a new Honda civic after meeting with a rep there and wasting my time not telling me any thing about the deals they have and keeps telling me the manager will be over to discuss with me the deals they have going on..He never came in .. after waiting about 30 minutes finally I gave the rep (who was just there delaying me from going home until the manager comes over) my contact information to call me when the manager is free and available . No one reached out the next day so I called and again that rep said to me "oh no called you " how about giving the manager a call ! I said OK so I called the manager did not answer then another sales rep called me his name is ray .... ray spoke to me briefly and asked me if i can come in so we scheduled an appointment and i went there looked at the car and took it to test drive . at first I didn't agree on the price then he called over his manager(Anthony) and after a long hassle over the price we agreed on a final price for leasing . we decided to wait till because they were checking with Honda billing about my existing lease and see if I can get a break on the over millage I had on the existing lease . So it came back that I will be responsible for the over millage so I said OK no problem . so I called ray to let him know i will be coming over to get the new car under the terms we agreed on and first he said to come on Tuesday i said to him I wold like to come Saturday so I got no response so I called the rep I first met there and told him about me coming in and finalizing the deal and that ray wanted me to come Tuesday so he said to me he will check in to that .... then I got a response from ray saying they can not give it to me for the price we agreed on .... I wold never recommend them to any of my friends horrible ? More
