I had brought my old 2000 Civic in for an oil change and they not only changed my oil but they also did a full inspection of my vehicle and gave me a full report on the condition of my vehicle. We sat down with Ray and right off the bat was very charming, friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and wanted to make sure we left with the best car for our family. After listening to all our needs/wants Ray helped make sure we picked the perfect car for our family. The whole experience was stress free from trading our old car in, to picking out the right C-RV for us. Ray made sure that he was part of the entire process from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off including sitting with the finance manager which I have never seen before.
