We visited multiple dealers and had many uncomfortable experiences with other dealers. I heard about DCH Kay from a friend and made contact. From first contact with Mr. Kittner I felt like my issues and concerns were important. Paul always answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with responses. He helped me walk through my thoughts as I assessed options to make this important investment. I made the decision to drive from Annapolis, MD to buy the Odyssey because of this positive relationship. The DCH Kay team greeted us and we completed the deal quickly with no stress - we felt we were important. DCH Kay will be our first choice in the future. More

The salesman and sales manager seemed disinterested and we certainly wanted to buy a car more than they wanted to sell one. Their casual attitude included not returning phone calls and absolutely no follow up from the dealership to try to make a deal. We took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience - there are way too many Honda dealers in the area to settle for this type of indifference. Very disappointed that so much has changed at Kay Honda - I will not return. More

First time there I dealt with ART SMITH. Couldn't have been a nicer, down to earth guy that found out what I was looking for and helped me get exactly that. Second time there I was disappointed to know it was Art's day off but JEFF GUTKIND was Art's equal. I was having a terrible day after crashing my car, Jeff put the first smile on my face I had all day and helped me get back on my feet and in a new car without an hassling. Making a huge financial decision like buying a car can be very stressful and nerve racking. Most of the places I checked out cars at, the salesmen were pushy, very fake and quite frankly made me feel very uncomfortable and more unsure in an already unsure mindset. At DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown I felt non of the above. I am not usually one to write reviews, good or bad about my shopping experiences, however, due to the 2! experiences I had at this place I felt it was necessary and hope this will help someone reading this.
