The salesman and sales manager seemed disinterested and we certainly wanted to buy a car more than they wanted to sell one. Their casual attitude included not returning phone calls and absolutely no follow up from the dealership to try to make a deal. We took our business elsewhere and had a much better experience - there are way too many Honda dealers in the area to settle for this type of indifference. Very disappointed that so much has changed at Kay Honda - I will not return. More

He represented the dealership well, but also kept my interests in mind as well. Had thorough experience were I was able to test drive the cars, see the maintenance records and had all my questions answered. I highly recommend this dealer and especially this salesman. First time there I dealt with ART SMITH. Couldn't have been a nicer, down to earth guy that found out what I was looking for and helped me get exactly that. Second time there I was disappointed to know it was Art's day off but JEFF GUTKIND was Art's equal. I was having a terrible day after crashing my car, Jeff put the first smile on my face I had all day and helped me get back on my feet and in a new car without an hassling. Making a huge financial decision like buying a car can be very stressful and nerve racking. Most of the places I checked out cars at, the salesmen were pushy, very fake and quite frankly made me feel very uncomfortable and more unsure in an already unsure mindset. At DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown I felt non of the above. I am not usually one to write reviews, good or bad about my shopping experiences, however, due to the 2! experiences I had at this place I felt it was necessary and hope this will help someone reading this. Absolutly no pressure in buying, Scott is the only person I have ever dealt with that did not rush, or pressure me into a purchase, and that's the reason I returned there to make my purchase. More
Horrible and could care less! Sold me an unsafe car! I have called many times and this is now the third time I am sending this information. When I purchased the car my sales person agreed that the car s I have called many times and this is now the third time I am sending this information. When I purchased the car my sales person agreed that the car should be in safe conditions. After many calls I finally received the headlight however I received the ticket since it took so long. I do not agree that this is good customer service and I am very disappointed in the handling of an "unsafe car." My expectation from such an outstanding company was immediate rectification of the situation. Instead I have received neglect and unconcern. I have contacted Victor many times and I still have not received a check. I paid the ticket including the $10 late fee. I was promised by Victor to pay the ticket so I sent him the scanned copy of the ticket. Then he switched his story to "we told you to pay the ticket and we will reimburse you." This was of course after I got a late charge and after several calls. I also have contacted Andrew via phone messages and what a surprise...no return phone call. After sending emails to top management this has still not been addressed. I was again promised in July it is not September and no check. I purchased my unsafe car in May!! More
