We then went to DCH Kay in Eatontown and met Art Smith. What a difference. We called ahead with a question about cars we had seen an their website. When we got there he had the cars out and ready for a test drive. The entire process was a traumatic. Art and everyone we dealt with was courteous and very helpful. Can't say enough about them. Phil made sure the car was detailed before I left and even put a coat of the fabric protector on for free. He made sure I had the bluetooth setup and called the next day to see how I was doing with the new car. He even helped me submit the needed paper to see if I qualified for the student/ graduate discount. He never pressured me to buy the car. He was very patient and helpful through the whole process. He actually listened to our questions and took the time to answer everything. Also, he sat with us in the car and explained all the features and set up our iPhone with the blue tooth feature. We have already recommended. Ray and the dealership to friends. By the way, the finance man, Armando Lopez,too was terrific.
