DCH Honda was consistently friendly and ready to assist me whenever I needed something. Purchasing my second lease with salesman Ray Furstew, was also a pleasant experience. Ray was helpful, knowledgable and eager to see me get what I wanted in a new Honda. He was thorough throughout his showing of what the model had to offer and how features had changed since my last lease. His suggestions for choosing a color were appreciated and his demonstration of the car's features were enlightening. I particularly liked how he took me through step by step programming the radio and my blue tooth selections. For me as a technologically challenged customer I found this very endearing. I returned to DCH Honda because I had all good experiences with their sales and service departments. I have been pleased once again and I will drive my new Honda CRV as a very happy customer. More
