We went to DCH Kay Honda to meet with Steve Simon because my father in law had recently had a great experience working with him on purchasing a new Honda CRV and recommended him very highly. Going in we had an idea of what we might want, but were still very much in need of guidance. From the moment we walked in Steve was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and personable; he listened closely to our needs and preferences and offered his insight without ever making us feel pressured. We ended up leaving that night with a 2012 CRV in under two hours and we couldn't be happier with it. Steve made sure we ended up with the car that was right for us, paying close attention to which features we would want, etc. Once we had decided to move forward with the lease, Steve's colleague Anthony Young was more than helpful in getting the paperwork done quickly and thoroughly while making sure he patiently walked us through every detail. We've already heard from Steve to make sure we love the CRV, which we do. We will certainly be loyal DCH Kay Honda customers going forward, and we can confidently send friends and family there knowing they'll receive excellent customer service. More

Our family has used DCH Kay Honda for decades, and all of our experiences (sales, service, trade-in, everything) has been positive and we have never once thought we got swindled by fast-talking or that the dealer was trying to hide anything from us. I have bought many cars in the past and have never enjoyed the experience. I just bought a Honda CRV Nav from DJ Johnson at DCH Kay Honda and I had a very professional and satisfying experience that enjoyed the experience. First, DJ Johnson is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and seemingly very decent person who made the sale a pleasure. He was always very low key and I never felt pressured; I never felt that any "salesman games" were being played. He was very concerned about making the whole process go smoothly and quickly and i was very surprised at just how little time was spent. Communication was very clear and DJ was able to answer all questions about various models and he stayed in touch at all times during the process to let us know what was going on and how long it should take. All told, DJ was extremely polite and professional and I would go out of my way to buy a car from him in the future. (ATTENTION DCH HONDA, DJ Johnson makes your dealership look very professional and you REALLY should reward him......no, I'm not a family member of his, just a satisfied customer who will shop at Kay again in the future). Second, DCH Kay has really gotten their act together with Internet sales and pricing. Price was excellent and competitive with other nearby dealerships, and they included destination and handling charges which other dealerships keep as an extra hidden cost. Not much room for negotiation, but I felt like I got a great price. They were honest and up front with me at all times. Max made the whole finance part of this go smoothly and quickly also.
