Rocky start, but above and beyond I was initially put off after driving an hour and a half for an appointment to look at a used 2015 Subaru Forester, only to be told 10 minutes before I was initially put off after driving an hour and a half for an appointment to look at a used 2015 Subaru Forester, only to be told 10 minutes before my arrival that it had been sold out from under me. I met with Arnaud, who was seemed genuine and apologetic, and looked at other cars while there. They were fairly unwilling by to budge on the priceto the e tent I needed, so I had to return home empty handed. I understand this sort of thing happens, but it seemed there was a simple lapse of communication between departments that could have saved me 4 hours of my day. However, I got a call roughly an hour later saying the sale had fallen through (credit issues for the would-be buyer), and the car was mine if I wanted it. Arnaud was extremely sorry for the run-around, and offered to do anything he could to make up for it, even offering to drive the car the hour and a half up to me so I could test drive it without the commute. From that point forward my buying experience was phenomenal. Arnaud went above and beyond to secure an amazing price that fit my budget,, even throwing in extras like a $500 interior stain guard treatment at no cost. He and the rest of the sales team were very pleasant, understanding, and easy to work with. We arranged for me to put down a deposit to secure the car and I came back after the weekend to pick it up. I dealt with several sleazy dealerships prior in my search for this car, and this was far and away a much classier organization. I never felt taken advantage of, and they put care into the details - cleaning and presenting the car well, offering coffee when I walked in, minimizing the negotiation song and dance, really trying to earn my trust and business. When all was said and done, I walked away with a tremendous deal on a car I’m more than satisfied with. Arnaud certainly won me over. More
