I always buy my cars at Honda of freehold and was very disappointed with their service -- so I was in search of a dealer I could trust. Scott helped me and even though I told I was not buying a car that day--- guess what -- I did! he was honest and helpful and concerned that I get a safe and comfortable car... I would highly recommend the dealership and my salesman! it was a smooth process that is usually worse than going to the dentist! finally a salesman and dealership that care about their customers--- I am telling everyone I know! Two cars in one day! Justin was referred to us by Max in the service dept. who by the way was excellent!!! We were stressed out going in because my 2005 Honda Pilot was ha Justin was referred to us by Max in the service dept. who by the way was excellent!!! We were stressed out going in because my 2005 Honda Pilot was having issues and was towed there. At the same time we were looking for a used car for our son but didn't think we would be able to afford anything from a dealer. After a little bit of negotiating, Justin was able to give us a little more for the trade-in value and get us into a 2012 CRV that I test drove! I was thrilled! We then dealt with Stephen Chung from the finance dept. who was AWESOME! We don't' exactly have the best credit but he worked with the banks until he was able to get the best deal. While waiting for the finance dept. to get through, we started looking at some used Hondas located across the street at DCH Motors. Justin helped us to review all the used cars within our price range and then sent us across the street to Jeff Gutkind to look at cars for our son. At this point it was 5:00. We were tired and hungry after being there since 11am! Jeff is a character! He made buying this second car a pleasure and completed the transaction in record time! I would highly recommend all of these gentlemen to friends! Honorable mention goes to Paul Kittner ,who while waiting for Justin ,let us sit in his office while he pulled up the cars online that we were interested in. Very hospitable - offered us soda or water out of his personal fridge. BRAVO DCH Kay Honda! My only suggestion would be to have some sort of sandwiches or pizza available for sale ( if not complimentary) for people who have to be there for 8 hours! Hungry people are cranky people! Overall a great buying experience. More

I was greeted by a very friendly salesman named Ron Marino, who mentioned he had a 6-cylinder 2015 Accord with a few thousand miles on it that he could give me a good deal on. I test drove the car with my son and loved it. And sure enough, Ron and his team came up with a price I could afford. So now I'm driving an Accord that's far more powerful and more luxurious than what I was used to.
