My overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone at this dealership is professional, friendly and helpful. I had one little glitch with a remote starter I had put in when I purchased my Accord but Steve was dealership is professional, friendly and helpful. I had one little glitch with a remote starter I had put in when I purchased my Accord but Steve was on it and quickly had the 3rd party back to resolve the problem. Dave was very laid back and easy-going. He made I was comfortable with my decision (Accord vs. CR-V) and let me drive both. He also worked hard to get me a great deal and a payment I could live with.
