It was terrible communication. Got calls from 2 different people yo drop of vehicle on different dates. I took off to drop of vehicle last Thursday. There was no apology. Instead justin was extremely arrogant, disrespectful and blaming us for it. He knew exact issue what happened but never accepted and put blame on us. Worst experience ever.
