He actually shows you how to use all the new features and makes sure you know how to use them before you leave. He is also very honest and straightforward, which is uncommon with most sales reps. Hamad always gives us great deals whether its a lease or finance. He is always very welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable when purchasing at DCH.
