Horrible customer service We went to DCH after getting a very good price over the phone using the Costco program. The employee we worked with spent most of the time away from his desk and us to discuss the terms of the deal with I suppose his manager. Then everything he said after proved they had no intention of honoring our deal. First, they said we would have to make another payment on our car we were turning in early. We said ok. Then, they said the deal would only be applicable if we picked a car on the lot. We did not want either of the two choices available. They refused to honor the deal we made on the phone if they had to get a car from another site. There was no mention of this stipulation on the phone. In the end, we walked out after spending nearly two hours at the salesman's desk by ourselves. More
