Also, we did not understand the audio/bluetooth system in the car, took it in to Ron, on a Sunday a few days after the sale and he spent a good 1.5 hours working with us to get it set up correctly. His help was much appreciated - he could have had us come back to the service department but helped us immediately. He's the best and we highly recommend him as your Toyota salesperson.
