First, there was Miguel who gave us a price quote and was very upfront with the AAA prices, next, there was Jeff, our initial AAA contact who helped us out, then Alex, who met with us on Easter Sunday and went over all the paperwork with us, Tom showed us the car again, then there was Kalolo who actually sold us the car, and Kathi-Lee the finance person who completed the paperwork with us. The whole team at Tustin was incredible. They were attentive to detail, they did not rush the process (we were there almost 4 hours), they were kind and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our car buying experience with them.
