Kyle Herron was my Service Advisor at my recent visit. Kyle is my reason for switching from Weir Canyon Acura to DHS Tustin Acura. I had called Wier Canyon Acura for 3 days straight(!!) just to inquire o Kyle is my reason for switching from Weir Canyon Acura to DHS Tustin Acura. I had called Wier Canyon Acura for 3 days straight(!!) just to inquire on a few things regarding my Acura. I was on hold forever each and every time I called their service department. I even timed one of my calls, and ended up hanging up after 7 minutes on hold. I immediately called DHS Tustin Acura. Kyle answered my service call and from the get go was pleasant and informative. I made my appointment with him and took my Acura MDX in. He is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough. I was very impressed with his knowledge and efforts. I have only gone to DHS twice for servicing. I will now ONLY go to DHS for all of my servicing needs (and ,most likely for my next Acura). This is due to the impeccable service provided by Kyle Herron. He is the type of Service Advisor one hopes to deal with when taking their car in...or just calling for answers to questions regarding their Acura. Kudos to Kyle. More

I purchased and have had my 2005 Acura serviced at this dealership. The personnel are always courteous and helpful and the service is always done on time and within estimate. I have been taking my Acuras to DCH Tustin Acura since 1987, the year I bought my first Acura. They have earned their 5-star reputation and my trust. I have never felt like I was being rail-roaded into a 1987, the year I bought my first Acura. They have earned their 5-star reputation and my trust. The service advisors are knowledgeable, helpful and conservative in their approach to service and repair issues. I won't take my car anywhere else. More

The service department is excellent! Matt Storm and Kyle Herron are extremely helpful. Matt's knowledge of the brand is extensive and that makes for good, comprehensive care of my vehicle. Robert, the mechanic, takes special care and does detailed work, always identifying any areas of concern. With over 202,000 miles on my MDX, I look forward to my 300,000 mile mark ... and I am confident that with the partnership of DCH Tustin Acura Service department I will make it with ease. Bobbie T.
