It helpe I just leased a new Rav4 from this dealership. Mike N. was the sales associate who helped me. I found the whole sales process to be a breeze. It helped that I knew what I wanted headed in to the store. Pricing was absolutely fair (I did plenty of research about incentives and compared MSRP within trim levels at 4 other dealers) and transparent. Mike is a good guy. It was a low pressure sales process, which I appreciated. He had some flexibility within the trim level (XLE-gasoline engine) to make me happy. BTW: The car is great. The RAV4 is economical to commute with and has enough room for golf clubs and luggage. Rides nice and the safety features are a HUGE plus. They really are. I have not used the service department yet for this car, but, we have in the past with our other RAV4 (2010). They recently upgraded the whole service department and I would rate them tops amongst other dealership service departments I have used over the years. More

While doing this service, they found I also needed a new serpentine belt ($187), transmission fluid replaced ($235 - they said it appeared to have never been replaced) and coolant system service ($180), so I had those done as well. Just over $800 and 3 hours in all. Not fun but Kathy was very pleasant to deal with and, given that my RAV4 is over 8 years old and has over 143K miles, an expensive visit like this every now and then is not surprising. I've been to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota many times and will continue going there. On the whole, I'm a satisfied customer and feel the service department consistently delivers a good customer experience. All of the individuals I've ever dealt with have been pleasant and courteous. Also, the waiting area is comfortable and customer friendly and that's a big plus as I always need to wait for my vehicle. More

I got the wonderful surprise that, since I got my vehicle at this dealer, state safety inspections are free for life. Their waiting area is always clean, with free coffee and tea. They always get my service done with no issues, and I've never had a problem after leaving. I like them so much, I've decided to leave my local convenient mechanic that I've been using for over a decade, and travel 30 minutes to continue having this dealer service my car. More

Disappointing We have been loyal, long term customers of Wappingers Falls Toyota. For the most part, they have provided consistent, reliable service on our Toyota vehicles. I am deeply disappointed in th service and care we received this last visit. My car was brought in on a tow truck because it would not start. At first they could not diagnose the problem, upon further probing and another day in the shop, I was told that it would cost $600-$700 to fix the problem because there was diesel in the tank. Since, I did not have the finances to purchase a newer car, that sounded like my best option. As the day ended, I was told that they needed more time, and then another to figure out what else the problem could be. By this time our bill was up to $1200. We paid the bill and left with a car that was still not fixed, and left the Toyota dealer on a tow truck. Yes, I will admit that my car is old ( 2009 Corolla) and loved, but I am disappointed that Toyota led me to believe that my car could be fixed. I was disappointed that it could not be fixed, after incurring a bill of over $ 1,000 and Toyota offered to sell me another car. More
Always an Issue I bought my vehicle in 2016. Within days of my purchase I already had to return to the dealership due to my loan offer being rescinded. This was just I bought my vehicle in 2016. Within days of my purchase I already had to return to the dealership due to my loan offer being rescinded. This was just the FIRST of many issues Ive experienced at this dealership. Within the first few months I had an electrical issue and had to bring my vehicle in to be looked at. The service employee I dealt with refused to shake my hand and continuously only addressed my brother next to me about questions regarding MY vehicle. Despite him knowing this was my vehicle it was obvious he had an issue addressing a female. The issue was not fixed and I had to bring in my vehicle two more times before the issue was actually fixed. Each time the employees I dealt with were incredibly dismissive and borderline rude. I even asked one employee about costs and how my service plan would apply. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay put of pocket for everything because my vehicle was “too old” for a warranty. I informed her I have the original warranty and a platinum service plan through Toyota. Her exact response was “Well it doesnt really matter.” For two years Ive dealt with just terrible customer service from the service department. They are dismissive. They are rude. And they are poorly trained. Because when its been 12000 miles since my last tire rotation, your “certified” service advicer shouldnt refuse to rotate them because “they look okay.” More
