Long wait. Errors on billing. I have long appreciated that convenience of servicing my Toyota at the dealer, but a couple of trips this year, particularly my recent visit, left me I have long appreciated that convenience of servicing my Toyota at the dealer, but a couple of trips this year, particularly my recent visit, left me questioning whether this is the best choice for service. My appointment was 9:30am. The car was dropped off and by 3pm I still hadn't heard from them. I called then and at 3:30pm, both times reaching a machine. When I got a call back just before 4pm, I was told my car was just then being taken in to be looked at. The reasoning was that there were over 100 cars serviced that day. I find out later that though I had an appointment, thinking this was the optimal way to ensure timing, walk-ins were given priority. How is that right? At any rate, I recommend with reservation. Also, make sure to check the billing. At the end of the day, I also almost got overcharged. I will say when there and in front of a service rep, I felt treated well. More
