Leroy spent a great deal of time helping to get the right vehicle for us. The Highlander we wanted had to be ordered. However, when it arrived we were not happy with the interior. Instead of encouraging us to keep the car, Leroy and his team were more than accommodating to find us a new vehicle. Second time was a charm and we were extremely pleased with the vehicle. I ordered my Tundra back in March and it was delivered in the time frame set up. Chris Heimink was overall in the lead in the sales process and very helpful throughout the entire process, Chris kept me posted as the truck was being built at the factory. Daryl assisted with the factory order and Pinkel was there at the closing process.i think the entire staff deserves a five star rating. Thanks to all, especially Chris.
