While the individuals whom are employed by DCH Toyota are individually customer service centric, I resented the service department trying to almost $500.00 on brakes(rotors, pads) when all that was needed wa individually customer service centric, I resented the service department trying to almost $500.00 on brakes(rotors, pads) when all that was needed was pads alone. I had four tires I needed mounted and balanced. Service itself was very good. However when I initially called to ask the price I was told it was going to be $180 something. I assumed that this was a mista itself was very good. However when I initially called to ask the price I was told it was going to be $180 something. I assumed that this was a mistake because that’s very high so I stopped in to confirm and was told they were twenty a tire. So as I was making my appointment they changed and said it was instead going to be $30 due to them being low profile tires which they aren’t. (Stock 2018 Camry se) So I followed through because I did need the tires on and on the day of my drop off I was told they were $120 flat rate and that’s what it always is. Just confusing on price and the breakdown. More
