When I bought my vehicle it took a month and a half to get the vehicle because they had trouble getting the title. Brought in my Corolla because there was a recall and the wrong part was ordered and had t get the vehicle because they had trouble getting the title. The battery for the key fob of the car I had JUST bought only a couple months prior lost power and when we took it in to get the battery changed they charged us $8. I’m always impressed with my annual appointment with DCH Toyota. I am a senior citizen on the strict budget and they always make it clear what needs to be done immediately and what I can wait to have done u Toyota. The person at the desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get her ) was very patient and explained everything to me. Also, they took the time to push in two panels that were sticking out of the sides of my car. I thought I had to go to an auto body shop for that so I was more than thrilled. My family keeps telling me to go to less expensive places, but to me, DCH Toyota is the only place I trust. The waiting room is comfortable and I have no problem waiting 2-3 hours there. Someone always comes out periodically with an update. It would be very easy to tell me I need unnecessary work done on my car since I am a single senior citizen with no knowledge of cars, but they never have done that. I recommend DCH Toyota highly. More
