The intake staff in the Service Department were professional and properly recorded the issues concerning my cars. Service performed on my cars was seasonal tire changes and oil changes.When I arrived home I found out that neither set of tires had chalk marks on the sidewalls to enable proper tire rotation when they will be reinstalled on the cars in the Springtime. Why a one star rating? Because I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for 20 years and they have been making the same xxxx mistake 75% of the time. I’m fed up. And they charge prices 40% above reputable local car shops for this? Where is the professionalism, attention to detail and supervisory oversight? Do they care that my expensive, premium car tires will be reinstalled after winter without proper regard for tire rotation, ensuring uneven wear? Who will have to pay for prematurely degraded tires due to this blunder? Why ME, the customer, of course! Every time I’ve complained in the past they apologized, but never instituted a system to prevent this from happening. Management is asleep at the wheel. More
