The service center was fine. After the experience I had with the finance dept. when I decided to pay the vehicle off after 3 months I called Nadeem Randall 4 times and never had a returned call. Spoke to with the finance dept. when I decided to pay the vehicle off after 3 months I called Nadeem Randall 4 times and never had a returned call. Spoke to the assistant mgr. He was very sorry it happened. I also called Toyota 3 times to try and get the title to the vehicle after paying it off. Shame on the dealership as well as Toyota. I only allow that to happen once. After purchasing 4 vehicles there .I expected a little more courtesy then what was received. More

Mike Giordano is an absolute gem. I've been having a lot of car issues this year (my own terrible luck) and have had to stop in with frequency. Scheduled regular service and vehicle state inspection for Prius but had to cancel because car wouldn't start. Tiffany said to bring the car in without an appointment after it started.
