Paint was peeling on my 2013 RAV4, on some areas of my car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. He was able to get approval for repairs to be done on my car , for the defective car. I spoke with Ben Carlson (operations manager) , at dealership. Work was done at an auto body shop in my area, which was very convenient. Car looks great now, almost like new. Ben came through for me, and I would highly recommend him, and his dealership.
