Exceptionally professional ! When I was at Toyota I was actually there to change my name because I had divorced and remarried . Everything was taken care of exceptionally well. I was also there to have my car’s regular service and inspection. I don’t know the name of the person that service my car but he did a wonderful job. The only thing I’m not happy about is the cost of the labor work done on my car. More

WORST service experience in 50 years of driving Contacted DCH right after they had changed tires. With no hesitation they said it must need brakes. Tried to contact them again and again but no response. After three emails and two phone calls were ignored I walked into the service area to tell them my wheel had fallen off while driving to work. I thought they might take responsibility since lugs were obviously not put on correctly, but they still insisted that I needed brakes and charged $1200. They actually asked if we had parked the car in the Bronx and someone had tried to steal my tires! Car has never been south of Bedford Hills. I was so upset that I didn't even realized they hadn't bothered to do the state inspection I requested. Had to go back AGAIN! This is definitely my LAST Toyota since this is on the only center in the area. I checked with other mechanics who all told me that brakes and rotors should not need replacing after less than 30,000 miles! Now I have no trust in how they do their work and am afraid whenever I bring my grandkids in my car. I would trade for another vehicle now but too many payments are still owed on this one. More

I’ve had a bad experience with this service center before, so when the recall came in the mail I was honestly dreading going and put it off for a whil I’ve had a bad experience with this service center before, so when the recall came in the mail I was honestly dreading going and put it off for a while. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpfully the call center was in finding me an appt that worked with my schedule, I was happy they had such early appointments on a Saturday, the tech I dealt with was very respectful and nice and it actually only took one hour instead of the two that they thought it would. The experience was a total win. The only suggestion would be for dogs that are not service animals to not be allowed in the waiting room. More
