Drove out with a new tire after finding out that there was a puncture in the tire that could have been disastrous. Thank you to the Service Team that greets you as soon as you drive in and who do the repairs. Kathleen Crosbie in the service department, once again, listened to the "symptoms", and directed the team in resolving my issue. She resolves, what could be a stressful situation, with an effortless solution. She is personable, a great listener and attentive. She is a gem!! More

good work I have a hybrid, Prius c with almost 150k, so I really didn't want any local mechanic to do the inverter fluid exchange. Elvin recommended the service I have a hybrid, Prius c with almost 150k, so I really didn't want any local mechanic to do the inverter fluid exchange. Elvin recommended the service to be done here to ensure the best quality of inverter fluid exchange along with transmission and engine fluid exchange. This is something I can't do myself. The screws and bolts are all confusing under the car, so mistakes can happen. This the place to go :) More
