This is the reason why I have been a long term loyal customer of both DCH Toyota in Wappingers Falls, NY and Toyota cars. Replacing a mirror Brought the car in for the 2 year service. Had it inspected while there. Found passenger side mirror cracked. Told inspection required replacement. T Brought the car in for the 2 year service. Had it inspected while there. Found passenger side mirror cracked. Told inspection required replacement. Told to come in next day (Friday). Next day, found that the new mirror was damaged after I had traveled to the shop. Told to come in next day (Saturday). Next day, clips on mirror broke during installation. Told to come in on Tuesday. On Tuesday, mirror was installed. I suggested that in view of all the trouble I had, I should get a discount. And, by golly, they gave me about a 25% discount, which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately inconsistent. My experience with DCH Wappingers had been fine. Went to the dealership for basic stuff - oil changes/tire rotations. In July of 2018, my maintenance My experience with DCH Wappingers had been fine. Went to the dealership for basic stuff - oil changes/tire rotations. In July of 2018, my maintenance light came on. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, the service rep asked what kind of oil I used during my last oil change. I told her I opted for synthetic. She said that since I had opted for synthetic, that the only service required at the ~5,000 mile interval would be the tire rotation as the synthetic oil is good for 10,000 miles. I was very happy with this rep and thought that this would be my go to dealership as there seemed to be some level of honesty. Fast forward to November of 2018. Due for an oil change and rotation. After the work was performed, the service rep told me the I needed to come back in 5,000 miles for my next oil change and then told me that my cabin filter needed to be repaired as it was very dirty. I inquired if she had personally seen the cabin filter or if she was just relaying information. She stated that she was relaying information. I declined the cabin filter BECAUSE I HAD JUST REPLACED IT 2 WEEKS PRIOR. Biggest deal in the world? Yeah. I value honesty above all else. Taking my vehicle to Newburgh Toyota from no on. Longer drive - but they’re on point. More

However, from the onset, Kathleen was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor.
