Tire Replacement There was an issue regarding the rear tires on my 2010 Yaris. After speaking with Mr. Burns, General Manager and having assistance from Dena Ramondo, There was an issue regarding the rear tires on my 2010 Yaris. Most comfortable "car thingy" I've experienced Usually, anything car-related is done by my husband but lately I've had to chip in because he's become very busy. Positive experience, as long as scheduling is not important I always enjoy visiting DCH for service. The only thing that bothers me is why make a 11am appointment for a simple oil change and then still have to I always enjoy visiting DCH for service. The only thing that bothers me is why make a 11am appointment for a simple oil change and then still have to wait for pickup? I was informed by 1pm the car would be ready. I showed up at 2 to allow for margin only to find out the car just went in. If I was waiting for the car I would have been living in the dealership for 1/2 of my Sunday. It's a mystery to me and I was not in a rush, but this would have been a big problem for some customers. I I'm trying to help the dealership with these comments not be a complainer. More
