Dena's customer service was superb; she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped me get the service I needed for my car to get it back on the road in a timely fashion. She went out of her way to call me and update me on service details, finished tasks on the car, and give me alternative quotes on aftermarket parts to help keep the bill down. Dena was professional, curteous, and accomodating. I always ask for her whenever I bring my car in now, and will continue to use DCH Toyota for car service. The service techs did a good job on fixing all the broken components on my 11 year old Scion tC as well. Dena knows how to help people get the best service possible, and how to treat people so they keep coming back. Customer service should be prioritized above all else at dealerships, and Dena certainly exemplifies this to the best of her abilities. Michael Giordano also assisted me when Dena was not in one day, and he too upheld the same values as Dena in helping me with excellent customer service and attentiveness to my needs. They were fast to schedule me, they sent a courtesy vehicle for pickup and drop off , and they had the job done Went in for a recall software update.
