Installed Snow Tires and Road Force Balance I had Toyota Install my snow tires and road force balance all 4 tires as well. Upon completion of my Service I went to turn on the vehicle and the Lo I had Toyota Install my snow tires and road force balance all 4 tires as well. Upon completion of my Service I went to turn on the vehicle and the Low Tire Pressure light was on. I went back into the dealership and addressed the issue with the service Rep who told me , the light will go away after a few miles. I drove for 10 miles to a Gas station and paid $1.50 to have my tire pressure adjusted on all four tires. One of the Tires was at 28 pounds of pressure. After filling all four tires to the required 35 pounds of pressure the LOW tire pressure light turned off. No reason why after paying $108.13 to have four tires installed and road force balanced that i have to adjust the pressure and adjust this issue on my own. Very Disappointed with the Service Provided on this occasion. More

Recent Service I had my Prius prime car in for 15,000 routine maintenance. I made the appointment the day before, arrived on time, waited for the car and was promis I had my Prius prime car in for 15,000 routine maintenance. I made the appointment the day before, arrived on time, waited for the car and was promised it would be done in 45 minutes, and the service was completed in 45 minutes. There was no charge for this service. Everyone courteous and professional. More

I was using a cane and after my inspection was done he actually brought my paperwork to me so I didn’t have to Michael in service was just wonderful. A visit that Im told will be 1 hour is easily 2 hours or more. I cannot give up my whole afternoon to sit there and leaving the car is not an option for me at this point. This is also the second time that my settings for the radio were cleared. Just an annoyance. And I couldn’t submit this form without naming a person I worked with. I don’t remember her name so I picked a name at random. An option to leave that blank would be helpful. More
