Everything was done efficiently and on time. I took my Lexus LS430 there for service. The only issue I had is that the tech needed help to reset the Service Required warning on my dashboard. Not happy Last Wednesday, I made an appointment on line for an oil change. When I saw that I mistakenly made the appointment for Monday and not Tuesday, I trie Last Wednesday, I made an appointment on line for an oil change. When I saw that I mistakenly made the appointment for Monday and not Tuesday, I tried to change it, but could find no place on the website to do so. So I made an appointment for Tuesday, and then called the service office and asked that the Monday appointment be cancelled, but I wanted to keep the Tuesday one. I did not get the name of the person I spoke with, but he assured me that he would take care of it. When I arrived for my 1 o'clock appointment on Tuesday, Allison informed me that I had a Monday appointment and not a Tuesday one. She was kind and helpful and straightforward. She said that they were busy, but they will fit me in, it will only take a little longer than usual. Well, I didn't leave Toyota until 3:15. I sat for more than 2 hours for an oil change, brake inspection, tire rotation, and a repair of a small leak in a tire. Considering, it is a 45 minute drive to Wappingers for me, I feel that my day was wasted. I don't think Allison is to blame, but somebody screwed up, and I had to pay for it. More
