It was fine. Repair slow leak in tire and redo undercoating. I returned today to address the undercoating on the rear quarter panel on the passenger side. I thought it was poorly done and I had thought there su I returned today to address the undercoating on the rear quarter panel on the passenger side. I thought it was poorly done and I had thought there suppose to be a wheel liner I assumed was missing. To my surprise, that is how the car comes from the factory. What I didn't like until we all knew the facts to call me out that was this car in a accident or had the wheel come off and removed the undercoating. That is really calling out the customer's truthfulness. That I did not take kindly to. And I answered quite ignored you tell me, I brought this car brand new from this dealership. Frustrated Right from the get go I felt screwed at this dealership. Love my car but when purchased after going back and forth signing off on this and that AND spending the entire day trying to buy a car, we got home and realized we signed off on something in the purchase agreement that we did not want. Our tuff luck since we did sign off on it. When I discussed it with the sales gentleman he said he would speak to his manager. Never heard from him. The service department has changed completely every single time I have brought my car in for service. Not a good sign or reflection on this dealership. Kathleen Crosby greeted me with charts and prices for my 30 thousand dollar maintenance visit which was shocking as I thought it was covered to 100 thousand miles. She asked if we purchased that, which I knew we did not, so again tuff luck for me. We were verbally told oil changes and maintenance free to 100 thousand miles. The front end alignment was needed for $99. but when completed Kathleen explained the right front was not quite right and to fix it completely would be additional funds over two hundred dollars but most people have a few discrepancies and not to worry. I also asked for my headlights to be checked but that was not mentioned in the paperwork I got back so I had to call. Kathleen said it was done but honestly I do not have it in writing so I doubt it was done. She just wanted me to go away as I was upset, not pleasant but not rude either. Most of my unhappiness had nothing to do with her. I will not return to that dealership and I seriously doubt I will ever purchase another Toyota. The entire experience felt like my husband and I were being taken advantage of and that he total focus for the dealership was on money. More
Extremely disappointed!!! I brought my truck in for 15,000 mile service and a tire swap. An hour later the advisor approached me and said another 15 minutes. BS! I walked all over, up and down the street. Anything to pass time. I walked by the advisor who gave the time estimates several times. He ignored me. One advisor named Tom realized something was wrong. He asked my name and checked on the status. He told me my truck was ready. What!!! I said for how long. He said four minutes. I was already late for work. I asked if there was any charge for re-balancing the tire. He said no charge. I got my keys, the paperwork and left. I couldn't believe what I saw when I got to my truck. The black steel spare was mounted. It still had the sticker that said "temporary use only". I went back to the advisor. He asked if I could stay. He would take care of this immediately. I could not. He told me to come back and I would be taken care of immediately. DCH incompetency already drained 2.5 hours from my day. I had to go. The next day I called the service manager - Ben. He apologized and said I would be given a loaner car when I brought my truck back. I came in Friday morning. He said it would be taken care of immediately and completed in 15 minutes. I should of known. There is no way that could be completed in 15 minutes. Even so I accepted and decided to wait. Again I am walking around killing time. Ben disappears. More than an hour later Ben delivers my truck and explains the delay was caused by a broken lock nut. As a customer I was disrespected, lied to, and received lousy service. It wasn't always this way with DCH and not all employees are like this. But how can I know when my vehicle is going to a competent mechanic and I am not being fed a line of crap? For the work I had done my truck was in DCH control 3.5 hours. That was absurd. Lastly, I cannot submit this review without selecting the person that I worked. I didn't see his name nor did his picture appear. I selected Mike because he was somebody I dealt with in the past. He is a good guy. More

They also called me to notify me that I had passed inspection, but reversed their decision when I had to pick up the car. Dealship said that my rear Sway Bar needed to be replace and that the charge was going to be $470.00. I got the feeling that this dealership was setting me up to spend more and more money on my car. Turns out that a Sway Bar in other auto repair shops will only cost from $150-$250. I have no faith in the service department of this dealership. More
