When going on a road trip I decided to take my minivan in to have an oil change and get a “once over”. I leased my Toyota Sienna Minivan 3 years ago and have just recently bought it outright. Cheerful, neat, courteous staff know me, among hundreds of other customers, by name. Waiting room and restroom facilities are clean and well lit. Waiting room provides fresh coffee and neat rows of current magazines, a more subtle way of showing customer consideration and pride in the facility's presentation. Labor costs seem competitive. Toyota parts are pricey but I would rather have the assurance of Toyota quality than the uncertainty of other manufacturers. Similar to dental visits, no one likes even routine car maintenance, but Jeff, Crystal, Karen and the dealership's team of mechanics make this necessity actually enjoyable. More
