Much better than last time We had very bad experiences (promised rental cars, none available, wait double estimated time, etc.) and after my husband called and complained adaman We had very bad experiences (promised rental cars, none available, wait double estimated time, etc.) and after my husband called and complained adamantly, we were promised a loaner and detailing on this last visit. All of that went very well and staff were very nice, they did an excellent job with the detailing and car looks great. I thought I had removed everything from the car but had left the wire for the charger and my flash drive with all my music downloaded on it. They did find my wire but never found the flash drive. They said they would replace it but still haven’t received one. Of course, that does not compensate for all the time spent downloading the music but that can’t be helped. More

Oil change nightmare Got home home oil all over my driveway & garage. Had a doctors appointment that I had to cancel to go back again to have them stop the oil from leaki Got home home oil all over my driveway & garage. Had a doctors appointment that I had to cancel to go back again to have them stop the oil from leaking the seal had broken off. Alison was very nice and reimbursed my oil change & gave me a few extras which I asked for she has opened up a case because of the issue i had just had with my brakes that I had to bring back four times until Dan finally corrected the problem. I am waiting for a follow up with Allison. More

The Toyota Care maintenance plan is especially good and covers all routine maintenance items. I have also purchased the Toyota Care Plus extended maintenance plan on both vehicles because it is really worth paying the up-front cost to continue the factory services through 45,000 miles and save a lot of money by doing so. Alicia Verven was my service advisor. She was very helpful and professional. After the vehicle service was completed, Alicia went over everything very thoroughly. Good job. More
